Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Lorikeet Lane!

We take great care in packing every order and aim to get your purchase to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Shipping Within Australia

  • Standard shipping is $14.95 Australia-wide.
  • Free standard shipping is available on orders over $200 (after discounts are applied).
  • Orders are shipped via Australia Post or another reputable courier, depending on the size and destination.

Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of receiving your order.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During busy periods, sales or holiday seasons, dispatch may take a little longer. If there are significant delays, we'll let you know.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier.

As a guide:

  • NSW: 2–5 business days
  • ACT, VIC & QLD: 3–7 business days
  • SA & TAS: 4–8 business days
  • WA & NT: 5–10 business days

These are estimates only and may vary due to weather, peak periods or carrier delays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Authority to Leave

If you choose to have your parcel left in a safe place, this is at your own risk. Lorikeet Lane is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen or damaged after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

Local Pickup

If local pickup is chosen your purchase will be available within hours of placing the order.

Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

If an incorrect address is provided and your parcel is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your parcel has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by them. While we cannot guarantee delivery timeframes, we're happy to assist if your parcel appears to be delayed or missing.

If you believe your parcel has been lost, please contact us at info@lorikeetlane.com.au, and we'll work with the carrier to investigate.

In-Store Only Items

Some products, including selected luggage, are available in-store only due to their size and shipping costs. These items will be clearly marked on the product page.
