Each piece is crafted from sustainably sourced Rubberwood and finished with eight coats of high-gloss lacquer, meticulously hand-polished to achieve a flawless sheen. The mill’s ceramic grinding mechanism ensures a smooth, consistent grind, activated with a simple clockwise motion.
Designed for use with black peppercorns or dry rock salt (up to 4mm). Not suitable for sea salt, wet salt, dried wet salt, or pink peppercorns. The tighter the adjustment screw, the finer the grind—avoid overtightening to preserve the mechanism.
